New K Jr. Pictures!

Had our second trimester anatomical ultrasound on Tuesday and everything checked out great! The tech even saw what we are having!! and .... it is .....a.......surprise! still. We were able to hold out, so it will be a few more months before we know!

Farkel West expansion project....

Hello to all! It has been a very busy few months since our last post, and there is some big news for Farkel West! Coming this spring is the first expansion of the Kawecki Family! We are 18 weeks in and are due on May 13. Here is our first photo of Kawecki Jr.!

Ok...kind of hard to see...that was at 7 weeks...here is something a little more recent. Here is Jr. at 13 weeks..
Baby was very active, stretching, making frog legs, arching its back, and even flipping over during the ultrasound. All indications so far point to a healthy boy or girl. In the third picture below, the baby turned toward the ultrasound (already mugging for the camera), with both hands next to his/her face, which made both Gregg and I gasp. I wish we had a video to share with all of you, the effect was much less scary than the picture!


Our next appointment is this week for the second trimester anatomical ultrasound, so watch for more pictures later this week!!
